The construction of a 90,000 square foot industrial facility for their Headquarter offices in Elk Grove Village.  The property has been awarded LEED Silver certification.  The building is divisible for two tenants and features a glass curtain wall at each entry.  The building includes 16,000 square feet of office, 15 loading docks and two drive-in doors.  Parking is available for trucks as well as more than 100 employees.
