iHerb Fulfillment Center (PA)

Full tenant build-out of a 242,200 sf speculative warehouse into a fully-automated order fulfillment facility in the LeHigh Valley. The fully automated, climate-controlled center was anticipated to employ approximately 300 employees and is equipped with the latest technology and systems optimized for the client's health products. All iHerb’s distribution centers are Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registered and are kept at a cool, climate-controlled environment of 74-75 degrees Fahrenheit (23-24degrees Celsius) and have large walk-in refrigeration units for items such as those containing acidophilus that require regulated temperatures.The Easton facility joins iHerb's other U.S. distribution and fulfillment centers in California, Illinois, and Kentucky.
