ThermFlo/ Zonatherm Products

A new 41,100 square-foot headquarters facility was constructed for ThermFlo, Inc. and its sister company, Zonatherm Products, Inc. in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.  Situated on 4.3 acres and located at 875 Busch Parkway in the Corporate Grove Industrial Park, the facility features an open concept office with ergonomic workstations, private executive offices, conferencing spaces, seminar room, full-glass product showroom, town hall lunchroom, precast walls, 20’ clear height warehouse, two exterior docks, two drive-in doors and 136 parking stalls.  A roof-top mounted photovoltaic system was installed using solar panels, which generates electrical power to off-set peak consumption loads.  In addition to lowering energy costs, this system provides added value as an energy source with positive environmental impact, as it generates no pollution or greenhouse gas emissions.
