Temperature-controlled improvements for global food and beverage tenant in Franklin Park. The specialized warehouse facility includes 22,500 sf freezer space, 10,000 sf cooled dock area and an additional 10,000 sf cooler space. Located in Chicago's O'Hare industrial submarket, the 107,500 SF tenant is part of the original 333,000 SF spec warehouse built for CenterPoint Properties. The tenant space accommodates the complexity of maintaining multiple temperature zones within the same building.
