The new 323,000 SF dry warehouse distribution center is a build-to-suit development by Scannell Properties for a Fortune 500 company in Caledonia, Wisconsin. The facility will be used for light fabricating and light assembly of tenant's products and operate 24 hours per day throughout the year. Located in DeBack Farms Business Park outside of Milwaukee along the I-94 corridor in Racine County, Morgan Harbour is building the facility as part of a future multi-phase project within the 178 acre business park that offers close proximity to Milwaukee and Chicago.
