Ground-up construction of a 992,904 SF speculative industrial warehouse and distribution facility for Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) is underway. Exchange 55 offers a strategic landscape for e-commerce, logistics and intermodal freight. The building is divisible to suit multiple tenants suited for e-commerce companies, food & cold storage, manufacturing, distribution, rail and heavy power users. Located on the former Crawford Station power plant in Chicago's West Side Little Village neighborhood, the shuttered power plant at 3501 S.
