ERDS Moen Transfer Station

Construction of a new ground-up 8,000 sf waste transfer station with attached 100 sf mechanical room, reinforced push walls/safety walls, and 500 sf scale building foundations. Located in Rockdale at 2277 Moen Avenue in Will County, Illinois, the facility sits on a 35 acre parcel and is constructed of Varco-Pruden pre-engineered metal. Features include 31'-5" clear height, 4 drive-in doors, 3 Mettler Toledo PDX vehicle scales, and scale house. Complete sitework including earthwork, exterior concrete, site utilities, fencing, landscaping and geopiers/soil improvements were also performed on this design-build transfer station facility.
