The Mercer Distribution Center in Hamilton Township, NJ consists of power plant demolition, environmental remediation, and 1.2 million sf of distribution center buildings within the 132 acre industrial redevelopment complex for Hilco Redevelopment Partners. Located in Mercer Industrial Park outside of Trenton, both 846,078 sf cross-dock and 384,895 sf partial cross-dock buildings feature 40-foot clear height ceilings. The complex has close proximity to the Port of New York and New Jersey.
