Semblex Corporation

Morgan-Harbour relocated three existing Semblex manufacturing plants & HQ offices to a 116,000 SF furniture warehouse. The project required the removal, transport and installation of over 170 pieces of manufacturing equipment, each of which required precisely located services including specific electrical voltage/amperage/phasing, compressed air, specialized ventilation and plumbing.  The infrastructure conversion & fit up included 100,000 SF of manufacturing and 27,000 SF of well finished offices for Semblex new headquarters location.  The project was completed in five months, including new 4000 amp ComEd service, new natural gas service, 60KW generator and complete de-commissioning & cleanup of previously used facilities.
