USDA - Upper Midwest Milk Marketing Office

Tenant development of approximately 17,050 RSF of office and lab space located at 600-650 East Diehl Road, Naperville, Illinois.  The project is separated into three specific areas: USDA office (8,660 RSF), USDA lab (5,080 RSD) and Dairy Grading office (3,300 RSF) including a conference room, individual workspaces which include both closed office and workstations, a lab customized for the specialized needs fo this office, and a communal space for all-staff gatherings. The Upper Midwest Order (F.O.30) is 1 of 11 regional Federal milk marketing orders in the United States operating under a common mission of helping to facilitate the efficient marketing of milk and dairy products.
