Our collaborative build-to-suit team provided interior demolition with newly configured elevator lobby/reception, private offices, multiple conference rooms, training room, game room, break room, and multiple open collaborative spaces. We were excited to work with Logical Position in completing their full-floor buildout to support their company’s expansion and facilitate employment opportunities for local residents. The firm was looking to expand and relocate its Illinois branch, and the vibrant interior aligns with the client’s cultural perspective and future growth projections.

The Reserve at Deer Park is located north of Chicago on Lake Cook Road, less than 30 miles from O’Hare International Airport with convenient access to Highway 53 and I-290. The office complex features large floorplates and abundant parking.
