Atlantic Aviation Hangar

New 30,000 square foot pre-engineered hangar with 2,600 SF featuring a Norco door height of 28' with 190' length, building eave height of 36'-6", one 10'x10' drive-in door, and 24 car parking spaces. Additional renovations to two existing hangars included a new 50 SF bathroom in the Gold Hangar and new fixtures/liner panel in the Grey Hangar. Atlantic Aviation provides a wide range of aviation services, including the largest network of fixed base operations in the U.S. and a dedicated concierge service for general aviation aircraft owners and pilots across the United States. This was the second project for Atlantic by Morgan/Harbour; the first project was a new 26,000 SF hangar and 7,000 SF high-end office buildout at the Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling, Illinois.
