Construction of a 24,421 square foot loft office build-out in Chicago's West Loop.  The space includes recording studios, editing suites, general offices and a reception area with exposed ceilings throughout.  The buildout also features a mezzanine structure which provides an overhead view of the main studio.  Additionally, we constructed a fitness center, meeting spaces, and utilized re-claimed wood for the space's millwork accents.
