53,000 square foot office build-out at 2211 Butterfield Road for American Access Casualty Company at the firm’s new corporate headquarter property in southwest suburban Downers Grove, IL. The extensive project included interior renovations to the entire facility, the addition of a new vestibule entrance, exterior improvements and the construction of a new parking lot. We also managed the design-build for the tele/data, security, audio visual and sound masking systems. American Access Casualty Company provides non-standard private passenger automobile insurance.
