2017 Redevelopment of The Year Award Recipient as awarded at the 29th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner.  Located in The Loop, 200 W. Jackson is a 28-story office building.  Complete renovation to the building's 28th Floor included new mechanical systems and revamping the layout to house new offices for building management and to serve as a tenant amenities floor. This floor offers a new fitness center, yoga and aerobics area, locker room facilities and a rubber sports floor.  An open-air four seasons room with WiFi lounge and stone clad fireplace along with two large conference rooms are also showcased. The lobby saw extensive renovations to include luxury porcelain tile, terrazzo wall tile, bike room and video wall.
