Charles Sparks + Company

Construction of 7,500 square foot office build-out in Westchester.  The space includes stained concrete floors throughout, open plan architect's work area, multi-client presentation/display areas with architectural ceilings and lighting.  Additionally, the space included two conferencing centers, a resource studio, a plot room and a kitchen.
