Presence Senior Healing Arts

The new Presence Senior Healing Arts Pavilion is a ground-up 28,928 SF Medical Office Building located at 500 S. Weber Road.  The facility is specifically designed for the senior community featuring a full imaging suite with CT scanning, X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, bone densitometry and a future MRI.   The new structure includes 26 exam and procedure rooms, labs and private offices.  High-end finishes were used throughout. The brick and metal structure features a dramatic three-story curtain wall tower with large porte-cochere at the main entry.  The site also encompasses a parking area, radiant heated sidewalks and extensive site lighting.  This is the second medical office building constructed for Presence Health Group.  Jensen & Halstead Ltd. provided the architectural services.  Hammes Company was project manager on behalf of the developer and owner, Hammes Partners, a private equity fund focused on healthcare and real estate.
