Construction of a 6,900 square foot interior office build-out in Chicago's Michigan Plaza.  The build-out features an open office area with high-end finishes, a large conferencing center and private offices with glass walls and sliding glass doors.  The construction also included a break room, work room and a server/IT room.  We also installed a decorative, undulating cloud-like ceiling feature in the reception area as well as a combination of acoustical panels and exposed painted building structure.
