Medical tenant build-out encompassing 17,211 sf for IBJI Park Ridge Physicians and Rehab.  Work included the first and second floors within the overall 3-story 90,888 sf Park Ridge Plaza office building. First floor work totaled 12,900 sf of physician space with 4,311 sf of physical and occupational therapy space on the second floor.
