Industrial Speculative Facility, Batavia

Morgan/Harbour is please to announce the firm's selection to design and construct a 137,500 square foot industrial speculative facility at 1200-1250 Douglas Road in Batavia, Illinois for the developer, HSA Commercial Real Estate.

Scheduled for completion in April 2017, MHC will provide design-build services including sitework, permitting, construction and final turnover.  The 137,500 square foot speculative facility is designed for a single tenant or divisible to 25,000 square foot minimum, and is located on a 9.5 acre site in the Batavia Industrial Center.  The project will consist of precast walls and an office area to suit.  Once complete, the building will feature 30' clear height, 20 truck docks, 2 drive-in doors, as well as ESFR sprinkler system.  The MHC construction team is led by President Warren Seil as the project executive, and includes Paul Rio as senior project manager and JL Callahan as project superintendent.  Cornerstone Architects, Ltd. is providing the architectural services.
